
National Day of Made in Italy 2025
A JOURNEY THROUGH HISTORY, INNOVATION AND MADE IN ITALY, ITALIAN COMPANIES OPEN THEIR DOORS TO THE PUBLIC
The initiative is supported by Museimpresa and the Historical Trademarks Association. 45 manufacturing plants, museums and company archives welcome the public to celebrate Italian savoir-faire and its future.
Milan, March 27, 2025 – Throughout April 2025, as part of the initiatives for the National Made in Italy Daypromoted by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, 45 companies and foundations will open the doors of their production plants and business museums and archives to tell the story of the Made in Italy of the future, starting with their own history.
These realities, custodians of the immense heritage of Italian savoir-faire, are part of either Museimpresa(the Italian Association of Archives and Enterprise Museums) or theAssociation of Italian Historical Trademarks, and during the event they will organize guided tours for students, retrospective exhibitions, tastings, workshops, immersive experiences and special openings.
The aim is to bring the general public and young people closer to the productive excellence of the reference territories. 30 museums and business archives associated with Museimpresa: ADI Design Museum, Sisal Historical Archives and Museum Diffuso, SDF Historical Archives and SAME Museum, Nuovo Pignone Historical Archives, Barilla, Colombo Industrie Tessili, Confetteria and Giovanni Mucci Confetto Museum, Dompè, Federazione Nazionale dei Cavalieri del Lavoro, Dalmine Foundation, Fiera Milano Foundation, Kartell Museum Foundation, M9 Museo del ‘900 Foundation, Pirelli Foundation, Vittoriano Bitossi Foundation, La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano, Maglificio Maggia, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Museum, Musei Civici di Bologna, MuCa – Monfalcone Museum of Shipbuilding, MUMAC – Cimbali Group Coffee Machine Museum, MuseA – [Interactive] Firefighting Museum, Amaro Lucano Museum, Giorgio Amarelli Licorice Museum, Insurance Museum, Museum of Boar’s Brushes, Nicolis Museum, Monografie d’Impresa Observatory, Spazio Strega Alberti and Stazione Sperimentale per l’Industria delle Pelli e delle Materie Concianti.
Among the businesses participating in the special openings, 15 are affiliated with theAssociation of Italian Historical Trademarks: BALLETTO DI ROMA, Buccellati, Caffè Cagliari, Cimberio, De Cecco, De Nigris 1889, Giacomini, Guido Berlucchi, Lazzaroni, Lucano 1894, Mazzetti d’Altavilla, Spinosi, Terme di Saturnia, Terme di Margherita di Savoia and Zacchera Hotels.
