L'Association of Italian Historical Trademarks, gathering the needs expressed by numerous companies registered in the Special Register of Historical Trademarks of National Interest, has promoted the introduction of an official English-language version of the Historical Trademark. This tool responds to the need to enhance and protect Italy's industrial heritage in international markets as well.

AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR ITALIAN PRODUCTION EXCELLENCE
The Historical Trademark represents an important attestation of the quality, tradition and history of Italian companies, testifying to their contribution to the country's economic and cultural growth. By adopting the English language version, companies will be able to communicate these values more effectively to foreign partners and consumers, strengthening their reputation globally.

A CONCRETE SUPPORT FOR EXPORT AND THE PROTECTION OF MADE IN ITALY
TheItalian Historical Trademark was created with the aim of strengthening the international presence of Italian companies, facilitating their competitiveness in foreign markets and facilitating the recognition of the quality of certified products. It also represents a significant step in the fight against counterfeiting and the phenomenon of Italian Sounding, tools often used to deceive consumers and unduly exploit the reputation of Made in Italy.

With this initiative, Italy is taking another step forward in the enhancement of its entrepreneurial heritage, offering historic businesses a concrete tool to stand out in the global arena and proudly assert the quality and authenticity of Made in Italy.

The Historical Trademarks are the roots that support and nurture the Italian production fabric, highlighting its stability, strength, flexibility and peculiarities. This English-language declination will help to enhance the internationalization of our companies and combat the counterfeiting of Italian products and the phenomenon of Italian sounding.
Adolfo Urso, Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy
The release of the Historical Trademarks of National Interest logo in the English version represents an extraordinary opportunity for our businesses. Thanks to this tool, Historical Trademarks will be able to strengthen their identity on international markets, enhancing the real Made in Italy and countering phenomena such as Italian Sounding. This initiative responds to a concrete need of historic Italian companies operating abroad and helps to protect and promote our industrial and cultural heritage in the world. We thank the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy for accepting our petition, once again confirming its commitment to supporting Italian excellence.
