The Association of Italian Historical Trademarks
The ideal values of a company are a very concrete and living thing. We are talking about a wealth of talents, skills, objectives, history, organization, culture, that is, a unique and unrepeatable identity model, which today we call Corporate Culture and which the Historic Trademark tells us every day by suggesting emotions and memories but also the desire to extend that suggestion as much as possible over time, regenerating tradition in change and innovation.
Who we are
Established on 8 June 2021, it is the Association of companies owning Historic Trademarks, as defined by art. 11-ter of Legislative Decree 10 February 2005, n. 30 containing the Industrial Property Code (CPI), registered in the Special Register of Historic Trademarks of National Interest established pursuant to art. 185-bis of the CPI, as introduced by art. 31 of Legislative Decree 30 April 2019, n. 34 (so-called Growth Decree) converted into law, with amendments, by art. 1 of Law 28 June 2019, n. 58.
The purpose of the Association of Historic Brands of Italy
The Association of Historic Trademarks of Italy was established to promote at all levels the strategic importance of Italian Historic Trademarks and to give them a boost also as a lever for competitiveness and internationalization, helping to strengthen the Italian image, through the union of efforts between the companies that own Historic Trademarks and the competent public administrations.
The Association translates the product and organizational diversity of the associated companies into a point of strength, enhancing their common legacy of national wisdom and excellence also passed down through several entrepreneurial generations, and exploiting diversity to find in each other transversal ideas for business and reputation development.
