Historical Trademarks Association, Armando de Nigris among the “Masters of Made in Italy 2026”: award ceremony today in Rome
Rome, April 23, 2026 – Armando de Nigris, President of the De Nigris Group, Vice-President of the Association of Italian Historical Trademarks and President of the Young Group of Historical Trademarks, was today awarded the title of “Master of Made in Italy 2026,” an award established to enhance entrepreneurs and businesswomen who, in addition to generating economic value, contribute to the transmission of Italian skills and know-how to new generations, strengthening the link between business, education and territory.
Part of the initiative promoted by the Foundation Imprese e Competenze per il Made in Italy, with the support of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy and the Ministry of Education and Merit, the award was conferred today in Rome at the Salone delle Colonne, in the presence of Ministers Adolfo Urso and Giuseppe Valditara, the Foundation’s top management and institutional, business and education representatives.

“Transmitting skills means building the future. This recognition enhances not only the path of a company, but the daily work of so many people and the commitment to young people, who represent the true continuity of Made in Italy,” said Armando de Nigris, Deputy Vice President of the Association of Italian Historical Trademarks and President of the Youth Group of Historical Trademarks. “In recent years we have invested with conviction in training, creating structured paths to transfer knowledge and accompany the professional growth of new generations. I believe that the task of an entrepreneur today is precisely this: not just to do business, but to help create skills, opportunities and value for the country.”
De Nigris was selected as the winner of the special “Young Master” award, at the proposal of the Association of Italian Historical Trademarks, for his commitment to the enhancement of human capital and the dissemination of Italian manufacturing culture.
Throughout his entrepreneurial activity, he has flanked the development of the De Nigris Group – a leading international reality in the agri-food sector – with a structured training path through the De Nigris Academy, contributing to the professional growth of young talents and the transmission of the distinctive skills of the sector.
It was also on his initiative that the Historical Trademarks Youth Group, now chaired by him, was established, with the aim of fostering the involvement of new generations in the continuity and evolution of Italy’s historical businesses, strengthening the dialogue between tradition and the future.
The recognition confirms the role of Campania’s entrepreneurship as a leading player in the enhancement of Made in Italy, capable of combining tradition, innovation and training, bringing to the world a production model based on quality and work culture.
