During the interview, the President of the Association of Italian Historical Trademarks, Eng. Massimo Caputi, highlights how the protection of Historical Trademarks cannot be separated from the safeguarding of the entire production chain, composed of highly specialized suppliers, industrial expertise and skilled employment.
The reform under discussion introduces a paradigm shift: the Enterprise Safeguard Fund, in addition to supporting rescue and restructuring operations, will be able to evolve into an industrial development tool, encouraging processes of integration and strengthening of Made in Italy supply chains.

The Association of Italian Historical Trademarks will continue to closely follow the evolution of the parliamentary process, working to ensure that the proposal is confirmed and fully valued in the final stage.
