Buffetti joins Association of Italian Historical Trademarks
The Association of Italian Historical Trademarks is pleased to announce the entry among its Members of the Buffetti trademark, registered on September 19, 2025 in the Special Register of Historical Trademarks of National Interest, established by the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy (MIMIT).
Buffetti’s history has its roots in 1852, when Luigi Buffetti founded the Luigi Buffetti Printing House in Rovigo. In 1881, with Giovanni Battista Buffetti, the business was registered with the Chamber of Commerce and began a gradual path of growth in the world of commercial, tax and financial publishing.
In 1919 the company moved to Rome and, a few years later, in 1923, opened its first store specializing in administrative and management forms, products that would become a hallmark of the brand.
1952 marks an important evolution: Buffetti initiates the development of an increasingly widespread network of stores throughout the country. By the 1960s, the Buffetti name was synonymous with high-quality office tools and solutions.
After more than 140 years of family leadership, the Buffetti family left the company in 1989.
Since 2006, Buffetti has been part of the Dylog Italia S.p.A. Group, owned by entrepreneur Rinaldo Ocleppo.
A company that continues to be a benchmark in office products, forms and professional services.
With the entry of Buffetti, the Association welcomes a brand that has embodied solidity, continuity and the ability to evolve for more than 170 years, while maintaining strong ties to the Italian manufacturing tradition.
Welcome Buffetti among the Historical Trademarks of Italy!
