Lurisia joins the Association of Italian Historical Trademarks

The Association of Italian Historical Trademarks is pleased to welcome Lurisia, recognized as Historical Trademarks of National Interest on September 23, 2024, to its membership. A brand that has represented excellence and tradition in the Italian water and beverage industry for over a century.

The history of Lurisia began in 1900 with the unexpected discovery by a miner of the spring on Mount Pigna in Piedmont, which is why its distinctive glass bottle recalls the shape of a lantern. In 1940 the first Spa was opened, followed by the start of bottling in 1950.

In 2008, the first soft drinks inspired by authentic traditional Italian recipes and attentive to the enhancement of raw materials were born, such as Chinotto, Gazzosa, Aranciata and Acqua Tonica, which were also joined by Aranciata Amara, Aranciata Rossa and Limonata between 2011 and 2019.

In 2019, Lurisia joins the Coca-Cola family, a move that strengthens its domestic presence but also its projection to foreign markets.

Welcome Lurisia among the Historical Trademarks of Italy!
