From MIMIT new facilities for industrial property
With the publication in the Official Gazette of the DGPI-UIBM directorial decree of Aug. 6, 2025, the process of reopening the Patent+, Design+ and Trademark+ calls for the year 2025 begins.
The goal is to ensure continuity in the support of Italian small and medium-sized enterprises in the enhancement and protection of industrial property titles.
The total budget is 32 million euros, broken down as follows:
- 20 million € for Patents+
- 10 million € for Drawings+
- 2 million € for Brands+
Within the next 30 days, DGIAI-Directorate General for Business Incentives will publish the notices, which will set the terms and procedures for submitting applications for grants.
