Sponsored by the Association of Italian Historical Trademarks in collaboration with Challenge Network, the Association’s partner specializing in training services, the webinar is aimed at member companies and companies on the Special Register of Historical Trademarks of National Interest interested in learning more about organizational innovation, leadership and generational transition.
We especially invite companies to share the initiative with their HR, Human Resources and Training Departments, so that it can be an opportunity for updating and discussion on new scenarios related to human capital development and talent management in Italy’s historical realities.
The meeting will provide a space for concrete discussion on the transformations that are affecting the world of work and organizational models, with a focus on the role of Artificial Intelligence in the processes of growth, know-how transmission and managerial development.
Through specialized contributions and application cases, the themes of skills evolution, business continuity and organizational innovation will be explored. The webinar will also host the direct testimony of an important Italian Historical Trademarks, with a concrete experience related to generational transition and new skills development.
