Made in Italian Heritage: a bridge between past and future for Italian Historical Trademarks
Held today at the Circolo degli Esteri in Rome, the event promoted by Leaving Footprints “Made in Italian Heritage. When Cultural Heritage and Brand Legacy Tell the Country,” an event that brought together businesses, institutions and stakeholders to reflect on the value of Italy’s industrial heritage and the need to protect and enhance it.
During the day, the Vice President ofAssociation of Italian Historical Trademarks, Cav. del Lav. Armando De Nigris spoke within the round table dedicated to “Cultural & Brand Heritage” offering a particularly significant contribution to the discussion:
“The Made in Italy is not just an expression of manufacturing excellence: it is the fruit of an industrial, family and territorial history rooted in authentic traditions and a vision capable of enduring. The Historical Trademarks represent this deep connection: they are companies that have been able to evolve while remaining faithful to their identity, facing economic, technological and cultural challenges.”
The Association actively works to promote public policies to protect this heritage, with an eye toward the future:
“A paradigm shift is needed: brand heritage should not be understood as a nostalgic narrative, but rather as a strategic asset for today’s and tomorrow’s competitiveness.”
During the speech, the launch of the new Youth Group of Historical Trademarks, a project involving new generations of entrepreneurs and managers to build a bridge between memory and the future by passing on values, skills and vision, was also announced.
