Trade fair vouchers: up to 10 thousand euros for SMEs from Oct. 7
From Oct. 7 to Oct. 28, 2025, it will be possible to apply to access the new Trade Fair Vouchers, the support introduced by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy (Art. 33, Law 206/2023) in favor of SMEs participating in international trade fair events in Italy.
The grant is non-repayable, equal to 50 percent of eligible expenses, up to a maximum of 10 thousand euros per enterprise.
Eligible expenses
Costs covered by the voucher include:
- Renting and setting up exhibition space;
- Transportation, storage and shipment of samples and materials;
- Rental of equipment, facilities and cleaning services;
- Support staff (hostesses, stewards, interpreters);
- Promotional and communication activities (brochures, catalogs, multimedia materials).
Facilitating events
Trade shows must be included in the calendar approved by the Conference of Regions 2025 and cover strategic sectors such as furniture and design, automotive, construction, energy, technology and mechanics, hospitality and catering, environment, transportation and logistics.
Resources and ranking
Applications will be evaluated on a score-based ranking, calculated on economic-financial indicators and with bonuses for companies with gender parity certification or legality rating.
Opportunities also for organizers
Up to 50 percent funding is also provided for projects on Made in Italy presented by at least two fair organizers, with costs of at least 200,000 euros, aimed at enhancing national production chains.

Applications can be submitted exclusively online through the Invitalia portal from 12 noon on October 7 to 12 noon on October 28, 2025.
