Cadoro joins the Association of Italian Historical Trademarks

The Association is pleased to announce the entry of Cadoro among its Members. Founded in 1964 in Mestre (VE) by Cesare Bovolato, Cadoro has been able to interpret and anticipate the evolution of consumption, revolutionizing traditional shopping models since the first supermarkets opened in the Veneto city.

Thanks to far-sighted entrepreneurial intuition and management attentive to the needs of families, the network of outlets quickly expanded from the provinces of Venice and Treviso to encompass Emilia-Romagna and Friuli-Venezia Giulia since the 1990s.

Cadoro has established itself over time as a reference point for large-scale organized distribution, maintaining strong ties with the local area and standing out for the quality of its offerings, convenience and customer care. The company offers a rich and diverse assortment, including conventional, organic, free-from and own-produced products, preserving the “crafts” and artisanal knowledge of tradition.

Historical Trademark
As of January 24, 2024, the Cadoro trademark is officially registered in the Special Register of Historical Trademarks of National Interest. This recognition celebrates over sixty years of activity, innovation and rootedness in the socioeconomic fabric of Italy.

With the entry of Cadoro, the Association of Italian Historical Trademarks welcomes a brand that perfectly embodies the values of our network: identity, reliability, territorial commitment and strategic vision.

Welcome Cadoro among the Historical Trademarks of Italy!
