Youth Group stars in Milan at Annual Members’ Meeting

On June 19, a meeting of the Young Group of Historical Trademarks, on the occasion of theAnnual Meeting of Members, was held at the Milan headquarters of the Gabetti Property Solutions Group — a Founding Member of the Association.

The morning opened with a greeting from the President of the Youth Group, Cav. del Lav. Armando de Nigris , and an introduction by Edoardo Arecco, Head of Portfolio Management at Gabetti Agency, and Matteo Fornasari, Support Manager. This was followed by keynote contributions by Luca Dondi Dall’Orologio, Managing Director of Patrigest – “Knowledge of the Real Estate Market as a Competitive Advantage for Strategic Choices” – and Nadia Crisafulli, MRICS, General Manager of Patrigest – “Successful cases: how to best manage instrumental and non-instrumental real estate.” Patrigest is a Gabetti Group company specializing in research, advisory and valuation.

The second part of the meeting was devoted to a discussion on the Youth Group’s journey and future plans, led by coordinators Federica Morgante and Tommaso Inghirami.

Key issues such as the strategic value of corporate assets, the real estate market, and the enhancement of historical business assets, with an eye to the younger generation and continuitytratradition and innovation, are at the center of the discussion.

After a networking lunch at Lucano 1894‘s Milan headquarters, participants traveled to De Montel – Terme Milano, where theAssociation’s Annual Meeting was held, followed by a concluding convivial moment.

It was an important opportunity for meeting and discussion, which strengthened the link between the young players in the Italian industry and the network of Historical Trademarks.
