“Commitment, a practical approach and innovation guide our sustainability journey. In 2025, we achieved the “Committed” level in the EcoVadis rating, and we offer products with EPD, Cradle to Cradle and ECONYL certifications, which are key to meeting LEED, BREEAM, WELL and CAM standards in sustainable architecture. In addition to carefully selecting materials, we are optimizing logistics and internal processes to reduce our carbon footprint. We aim to demonstrate that “Creative Surfaces” can contribute to environmental and social sustainability. Careful and transparent governance recognizes and enhances each individual’s contribution to collective growth."

What recent product or process innovation, or innovative communication project, would you like to highlight in terms of the market advantages it has generated?
“Innovation has evolved beyond the traditional sales model towards a highly specialized, tailor-made consulting approach. This ensures proper project management, reliability and quality. Aware of the developments and innovations associated with AI, we have decided to strengthen our internal organization through AI literacy and training programmes, while optimizing logistics to provide an even faster and more effective service.”

Based on your experience, what advice would you give to SMEs with a Historic Trademark seeking to bring new skills into their company and integrate them effectively with the family’s younger generations?
“We believe that investing in people is the key strategy for business development. We recommend leading change by fostering a culture based on emotional intelligence and individual responsibility. A fundamental step is to complement tradition with modern management methodologies, such as OKRs. Investing in human capital means creating an organizational framework that enables everyone to understand the company’s vision and actively contribute to it. The integration of different family generations and new skills can only succeed by fostering an environment based on collaboration and merit.”
